OMEGA-21 combines EPA and DHA from fish oil with GLA from evening primrose oil to provide a complete Omega-3 and Omega-6 profile. Omega-3 fatty acids help support heart health, brain function, and joint comfort, while Omega-6 (GLA) supports hormone balance and healthy inflammatory responses in women throughout different life stages.
