The meal plan is a simple guideline drawn up by professionals to follow along with your 21 day course to help you adopt healthier eating habits that will pay off in the long run.
What’s great about the guideline is that it gives you options. You don’t have to fight through meals you don’t enjoy. You can choose what you eat and can draw up your own meal plan accordingly.
What is the dosage?
Slim21 is a 21 day course. One tablet should be taken every morning before breakfast for 21 consecutive days – no need to skip days in between.
Tablets should be taken BEFORE 10:00am. At least 2L of water should be consumed daily while on the Slim21 course.
What are the ingredients?
Slim21 contains the following ingredients, all well known for their weight loss and fat burning properties.
Bitter orange extract: Bitter orange is a herb made from the bitter orange tree. Its fruit and peel are often used in weight-loss supplements and supplements sold for a variety of health concerns. It contains a natural alkaloid called synephrine, which boosts the metabolism and aids in significant fat loss.
Caffeine Anhydrous: Derived from caffeine, this ingredient stimulations the central nervous system and helps with wakefulness, mental acuteness, improved cognition, increased body coordination, focus and is also an appetite suppressant. Its thermogenic properties also help with fat burning and increased energy.
Chromium Polynicotinate: Chromium Polynicotinate is an essential trace mineral that promotes normal blood glucose levels and helps the body metabolise carbohydrates and fats. It benefits those with diabetes and depression, and assists with weight loss by burning fat and increasing muscle mass.
Bioperine: Bioperine is a nutritional supplement that has been found to increase the absorption of a variety of nutrients as well as general gut health and digestion. It is also known as a powerful fat fighter, increasing thermogenesis and increasing the breakdown of fat cells in the body, and it can alleviate constipation, prevent headaches and improve cardiovascular health.
*Who should not take SLIM 21?
This product is not suitable for people under the age of 18 or over the age of 60.
Please consult with a physician before using this product should you have a heart disease, liver or kidney disease, thyroid disease, recurring headaches, diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, seizure disorders, prostate enlargement, difficulty in urinating, depression or other psychiatric conditions, if you are on chronic medication or over-the-counter medication, or if you are taking any other dietary supplements.
DO NOT USE if pregnant or breast feeding, and discontinue use at least 2 weeks before undergoing any surgery.
